Creating Affordable Housing Options

Improving the quality of our mobile home communities is done  through two main ways: ensuring a safe environment and implementing large scale improvements. 

1. We do not allow sex offenders or felons to reside in our mobile home villages and ensure a safe environment by requiring a background and credit check.  We also require employment and income verification for each individual (over 18) who lives in our community. 

2. We focus on improvements based on the needs of the community. Some of the projects we have planned or completed include new roads, school bus shelters, tree trimming and removal, redoing sewer and water lines, new light installation, and applying new paint.
