Creating Affordable Housing Options

Improving the quality of our mobile home communities is done  through two main ways: ensuring a safe environment and implementing large scale improvements. 

1. We enhance the safety of the environment by requiring a background, criminal, and credit check. We also require employment and income verification for each individual (over 18) who lives in our community. 

2. We focus on improvements based on the needs of the community. Some of the projects we have planned or completed include new roads, school bus shelters, tree trimming and removal, redoing sewer and water lines, new light installation, and applying new paint.
