By performing these checks, we can enforce our no felon/no sex offender policy and safeguard our other residents. If you are considering our community and are worried about a bad credit score, we encourage you to apply as you are not automatically disqualified. We look more into judgments and evictions from previous landlords or bad credit tendencies, not just the credit score.
 
After ensuring the safety of our community we then focus on other improvements. While they may vary depending on the needs of each individual community, we focus on making aesthetic changes (new paint, trimming or removing trees) and large infrastructure improvements (new roads, water & sewer lines, bus stops, and lights).
